Serve as HR liaison for the Division of Highways, ensuring efficient administrative services across 14 divisions and acting as a key liaison between the Chief Engineer’s Office and stakeholders.
This position supports management in budget, HR, and administrative functions, interpreting and applying NCDOT personnel policies and advising on hiring, salary administration, and disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities include managing the NCVIP Program, serving as Training, BSIP, and IT Coordinator, and acting as backup P-card and Travel Administrator.
