Lead the development of F&BP e-business, focusing on the e-marketplace channel by setting a clear roadmap for the digital ecosystem to accelerate sales and identify new opportunities.
Build strong, long-term partnerships with operators to acquire analytics and customer data, while fostering a winning mindset across communication, marketing, e-business, and CX teams.
Plan and monitor the e-marketplace budget and P&L, executing strategies based on external touchpoints and customer journey understanding to drive business figures and customer data acquisition.
