• 10+ years experience digital industry
• 5+ years experience Retail Media Network or brand executing retail media
• Proven track record converting retail media
• Experience activating on Amazon, Walmart, Target/Roundel
• Experienced leader with proven history
• History of developing positive client relationships
• Proficient in DSPs, ad servers, ad verification platforms
