You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, managing staff assignments, and participating in quality assurance programs to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
The role involves direct patient care duties including administering medications, conducting physical assessments, coordinating care plans, and ensuring the safety and sanitation of all nursing service areas.
