This role partners closely across Wealth Technology and Enterprise teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions that support advisors and clients.
In addition to initiative delivery, the role plays an active part in production support, including on-call rotation, incident management, and continuous improvement of resiliency and monitoring capabilities.
The Senior Business Systems Analyst – Wealth Digital Platforms is part of the Wealth Digital Team, primarily supporting the Advisor Platform and related digital capabilities, with additional support for securities‑based lending platforms.

Must-have
Lead analysis and documentation of complex requirements
Develop functional specifications and design artifacts
Define and coordinate test strategies and execution
Support test automation efforts using Cucumber/Selenium
Participate in production support and incident management
Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Support cloud migration initiatives
Nice-to-have
Subject matter expert for supported applications
Advise stakeholders on platform changes
Mentor less experienced team members
Promote collaboration and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
8+ years combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics/systems development experience
Experience leading analysis and delivery for complex, technology-driven initiatives in a regulated environment
Experience coordinating testing strategies across multiple systems
Experience supporting test automation efforts
Experience using Zephyr or comparable test management tools
Experience supporting enterprise workload automation and/or ETL data integration processes
