  • Attend Rappitenderos in person at the Hub, ensuring active listening, respect, and clear guidance, while managing and channeling their inquiries to the appropriate Regional Ombudsman or channel with timely responses and effective follow-up.
  • Conduct assigned phone calls for programs like Churn Management and Almost Diamond to improve Rappitendero retention, loyalty, and experience, accurately documenting cases and generating basic reports for continuous service improvement.
