Educate, instruct and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory, acting as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team.
Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service and recommending client-focused solutions, while managing day-to-day operations and increasing organic growth.
