Job Summary
You lead the team responsible for the operational reliability, maintenance, and safety of technical installations, spare parts management, machine checklists, and all HSE aspects related to machinery and buildings.
You are responsible for the complete site maintenance of the Medemblik location, including all Facilities‑related activities.
You provide hierarchical leadership to workshop employees and technical engineers, guiding, instructing, coaching, and training them to increase their knowledge level and independence.
