Job Summary
Under supervision of the Facility Manager is responsible for providing onsite maintenance and repair of building equipment and systems to ensure 24/7 facility access to a clean, safe working environment that supports the ZOLL Corporate Mission.
Performs troubleshooting, preventive & corrective maintenance of building equipment and systems on time and in an appropriate manner and documents same utilizing a work order system.
Available for and responds to unscheduled, emergency, on-call, after-hour situations to meet the needs of the department, i.e., floods, roof leaks, storm emergencies, etc.
