Key Requirements

  • Licensed physician (DDS or DMD) in Illinois
  • Board certification in Pediatric Dentistry
  • Completion of accredited pediatric dental residency
  • 7-10 years practicing pediatric dentistry
  • 7-10 years academic/hospital experience preferred
