Job Summary
Act as the key client contact throughout the client onboarding process to ensure seamless transition from Sales to BAU.
Coordinate client adoptions, account openings, review of fund offering documentation and legal agreements, internal system set ups, and project planning.
Provide day-to-day client onboarding advice across all Apex Group business lines to best meet their business needs and maintain good working relationships through active communication, facilitation and teamwork.

Client facing experience is a must

Knowledge of fund structures, domiciles, and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of Client KYC and Legal contract management
Ability to work semi-supervised
Team spirit and enthusiasm
Every other language is an advantage
Key Requirements
Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in investment funds industry
Strong project management skills
Comfortable with fund structuring issues, legal terminology, and fund services agreements
