Job Summary
The UACCM Adult Education English/ESL Teacher will be responsible for providing instruction to individuals with a variety of personal goals, including learning the English language, improving basic skills, gaining digital literacy skills, and earning an Arkansas High School Diploma through the GED® examination process.
Job duties include providing instruction to adults whose native language is not English, teaching basic skills in reading, language, and mathematics, and assisting with the administration of the TABE CLAS-E assessment.
The position requires a bachelor's degree and a valid Arkansas Department of Education Educator’s License, with a requirement to obtain an Adult Education license credential within three years if not already held.
