Job Summary

  • The Transforming Client Communication (TCC) program seeks to build the business communication skills of PwC professionals in the Acceleration Centre (AC) offices to develop client-ready professionals.
  • Work closely with local AC L&D team to deliver effective communication training targeting English, business, and cultural communication skills.
  • Manage relationships with local leadership to understand the required client communication competencies for professionals to demonstrate on the job to fine tune coaching.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in language teaching, creating and deploying learning solutions, or managing learning projects
  • Masters’ degree/Certificate/ Diploma in English/English Language Learning (ELL)/English as a Second Language (ESL)/English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)/Linguistics
  • CELTA/TESOL certification is an added advantage
