Job Summary

• The J. Jeffrey and Ann Marie Fox Graduate School’s Office of Graduate Educational Engagement Programs (OGEEP) supports a wide range of co-curricular initiatives designed to enhance the graduate student experience at Penn State.
• The assistant will work closely with, and report directly to, the Associate Dean for Graduate Education and will periodically engage with OGEEP senior staff to support the planning, execution, and assessment of OGEEP’s co-curricular programming.
• Responsibilities include assisting in event planning and execution, coordinating supply and catering orders, collaborating with graduate faculty and campus partners, and supporting logistical tasks across OGEEP initiatives.
