Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations
Associate technical degree (2 year certificate) with experience
10 years' experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries
4+ years in line supervision of process operations roles
Proven coordination experience in multi-team environment
