Base: $115,000.00 - $183,900.00 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards program including competitive compensation and benefits packages
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years HR Business Partner experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with Workday or Visier analytics
Ability to work in matrixed organizations
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in HR or Business Administration
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
Experience supporting field-based teams
Global matrixed organization experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
