Specific responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, market analysis, beneficiary targeting, contributing to procurement processes, and developing training plans for staff, partners, and clients.
The role requires developing monitoring plans, coordinating surveys, managing Post Distribution Monitoring, tracking indicators, ensuring timely reporting, and supervising ERD staff and implementation partners.

Experience in graduation approaches
Good experience in localization
Master's degree (BAC+4) in economics, sociology, agronomy or relevant field
