Key Requirements
2+ years’ experience in Incident Manager role
Familiar with industry standard Incident and Problem Management practices
Experience running services on Cloud infrastructure

Excellent organizational skills
Requirement to work on weekends
Requirement to start work during early hours at 6:30AM SGT
