Must-have

  • Cadence Genus Innovus Tempus Voltus proficiency
  • Hierarchical RTL-to-GDSII implementation experience
  • 16nm/7nm/5nm node physical design expertise
  • UPF-based low-power flow and MCMM analysis
  • Tcl and Python scripting for automation

Nice-to-have

  • Background in FPGA/eFPGA architecture
  • Timing model generation experience
  • SoC IP integration knowledge
  • Flow development and CAD methodology ownership

Key Requirements

  • B.S./M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in physical design
  • Hands-on experience with 16nm/7nm/5nm nodes
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required
