Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Ensure residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently and assist with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mouth care.
  • Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers, and report injuries of an unknown source.
