Key Requirements

  • 2+ years as Estimator, Cost Manager, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Ability to communicate analyzed data
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Expertise in estimating software and benchmarking tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
