Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include using PCC for resident information, reporting changes in resident condition, recording entries, and reporting accidents and incidents.
