Job Summary

  • The person will be responsible to ensure efficient and effective World Class Service to all stakeholders who connects Union Assurance via Hot Line and accomplish all assigned duties.
  • Improve the Service Standards of Contact Centre Productivity & Quality Improvements on Contact Centre and effective use of available System Paths to minimize back office referring for operational matters.
  • The selected candidate for the above position will be entitled to an attractive remuneration package.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
  • Minimum 02 year Experience in Customer Care Management/Front Line/ Service Desk/ Call Centre
