The person will be responsible to ensure efficient and effective World Class Service to all stakeholders who connects Union Assurance via Hot Line and accomplish all assigned duties.
Improve the Service Standards of Contact Centre Productivity & Quality Improvements on Contact Centre and effective use of available System Paths to minimize back office referring for operational matters.
The selected candidate for the above position will be entitled to an attractive remuneration package.
