The role includes coordinating resident care, managing staff, responding to medical emergencies, and ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The RN Supervisor participates in staff orientation and ongoing training, quality assurance programs, and facility surveys to maintain compliance and improve nursing practices.

Key Requirements

Current Registered Nursing License (RN)
Current CPR certification
