Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience for II, 5 years for III
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience
  • Experience in leadership, coaching, and staff development
  • Demonstrated analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency using automated tools and business applications
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident alien with at least three years of legal residency
