Job Summary

  • This role is accountable for workforce planning and analytics, alongside end-to-end ownership of schedule reconciliation and workforce data controls to protect pay accuracy, regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
  • You will design, maintain and continuously improve workforce models, while ensuring workforce data across planning system and HR systems is accurate, controlled and auditable.
  • Partner with COO leaders, Risk and Audit to ensure workforce data integrity, pay accuracy, compliance with Enterprise Agreements and audit readiness.
