Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires performing various physical tasks including assisting with lifting, turning, moving residents, and maintaining a calm environment throughout the night shift.
