Must-have

  • 5+ years in CRM or commercial operations
  • Experience with Veeva or Salesforce platforms
  • People management experience in Sales or IT
  • Ability to work on-site 3 days per week
  • Strong change management and project management skills
  • Vendor management including SLAs and contract negotiations
