Job Summary

  • Leverage AI to transform the employee experience and GHR’s operating model, including driving the use of AI within the Agile team and across GHR functions, processes and teams.
  • Lead the design and execution of high-impact initiatives that span multiple GHR Centers of Excellence (COEs), engaging executive management, managing cross-functional resources, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
