Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years embedded with ML or data operations
SQL fluency for direct database investigation
Experience managing offshore annotation teams
Deep knowledge of ML data pipelines and labeling ecosystems
Systems-level mindset for structural quality fixes
Nice-to-have
Background in autonomous vehicles or robotics
Prior experience in ML engineering or technical consulting
Track record of improving training data quality at scale
Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in ML, data operations, or software engineering
Fluency in SQL for independent hypothesis testing
Experience with taxonomy design and inter-annotator agreement frameworks
