  • The caregiver ensures that accurate and complete information is collected and entered into the system, verifies insurance and eligibility, collects co-pays and balances, and follows up on pending issues.
  • The caregiver also adheres to Intermountain Health's policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
