Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, transporting them to new rooms or medical tests, and maintaining a calm, warm environment throughout the unit.

Must-have

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and manage admissions
Observe and report skin breakdowns

Key Requirements
