Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or Master's degree
  • 9+ years related experience (Bachelor's) or 7+ years (Master's)
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • 5+ years management/leadership experience
  • Ability to adjust schedule on short notice
  • Working understanding of quality standards (AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001)
