The Dean will provide visionary, collaborative leadership in all aspects of college operation, finances and mission, and will work cooperatively with faculty, department chairs, other deans, the Provost, and the Chancellor to develop and implement the college’s and university’s plans and other institutional goals.
This role involves generating real revenue from enrollment, research grants and giving, leading major fundraising efforts, and developing significant sources of private funds and building on existing sustainable endowments.
