The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in user research, strong storytelling skills, and a proactive mindset, working in a hybrid model with three days in the office

Job Summary

  • You will lead strategic research initiatives that shape the direction of our consumer-facing products, directly informing product strategy, experience quality, and long-term innovation.
  • You will be a trusted research partner to product managers, designers, and engineers, bringing a deep understanding of user behaviour and needs into every stage of the product development lifecycle.
  • You will join a global UX Research team working across Gen’s cybersecurity and financial products, focusing on one of our core cybersecurity products.
