Skills & Requirements
Must-have
overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations
coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials
ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective production
supervise workflow and monitor production quality
manage shop floor operations
monitor, record, and report on production metrics
Nice-to-have
motivating and developing hourly teams
strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills
knowledge of PBM frameworks
background with 3S/5S and Lean best practices
experience in union-free environment management
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (0–2 years’ experience)
Associates degree with at least 2 years supervisory/leadership experience
Non-Degreed with minimum 4 years supervisory/leadership experience
Internal non-degreed: minimum 1 year at MNA and 2 years’ experience in leadership role
Ability to pass background checks, pre-employment tests, and drug screening
