Key Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One-year commercial kitchen equipment experience
• Electrical, gas, and mechanical experience
• Working knowledge of ANSI and N.F.P.A.
• Basic knowledge of N.E.C.
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Able to lift 50 to 100 pounds
• Provide own basic hand tools
