4+ years operational risk management experience
1LOD or 2LOD role background
Electronic trading workflow knowledge
UK and European regulatory landscape expertise
Third-party vendor risk oversight
Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) execution
Nice-to-have
FRM, PRM, or CFA professional certification
Experience in committee governance
Data analytics or visualization tool familiarity
Strong stakeholder influence skills
Business continuity and disaster recovery testing
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years non-financial risk management experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Sound understanding of financial services products
Knowledge of UK and European regulatory requirements
