Job Summary
This role acts as an advocate for access projects across the Cleveland Clinic Health System to identify barriers to operational excellence.
The position requires managing the complete project cycle from discovery and design to implementation and optimization of physician practices in front-end EPIC systems.
Candidates will work remotely after completing one week of on-site training at the Administrative Campus while maintaining a service relationship between IT and application customers.

Four years EPIC system experience
Outpatient setting experience required
Manage physician practice integration
Lead EPIC testing and validation

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field plus four years EPIC experience
High School Diploma/GED plus eight years IT experience
Associate's Degree plus six years IT experience
EPIC Cadence Certification at proficiency level (Preferred)
Three years Access Optimization Analyst I or II experience (Preferred)
