Job Summary

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of critical programs including Performance Reviews, Rewards and Recognition, and Employee Engagement strategy.
  • Design and implement strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new programs and develop clear, concise communications and training materials.
  • Collect and interpret talent data to measure program impact and build dashboards tracking turnover, promotion rates, and performance distribution.
