To ensure that the training department adheres to company Training and engineering procedures and operates in an efficient and effective manner.

Theoretical and practical instructional duties
CAA / EASA Part-66 & Part-147 Regulations
Compile questions for examination banks
Extensive practical experience on specific aircraft and engines
Experience of CAA and EASA regulations
Nice-to-have
Experience with Google suite
Experience with synthetic training devices
Experience within a civil Training organisation
Experience with distance learning techniques
Key Requirements
Part-147 B1 Type Certificate of Recognition
Instructor Certificate delivered by a legal entity
CEFR Level B1 language proficiency
Hold a CAA B1.3 licence (Desirable)
