Job Responsibilities: Reporting to Contract manager and involving in HQ tenders projects Responsible for all work related to building Quantity Surveyor duties. Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on the progress claim. Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements. Preparing cost estimation and identifying variation works. To source quotations from sub-contractors and prepare cost comparisons, negotiate, and award contracts Variation order or EOT claims Liaise with the project site, subcontractors, and contractual issues Job Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
