The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents before providing care using wristbands or photo cards and promptly report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires assisting with meal service, maintaining clean rooms, and supporting residents emotionally while upholding their rights to refuse treatment.
