Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the facility's social service programs to meet residents' emotional and social needs.
  • The role requires coordinating social service activities with other departments and assisting residents in achieving the highest practicable level of self-care, independence, and well-being.
  • Employees must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report suspected incidents of fraud relative to false billings or kickbacks.
