Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
8 years of related project management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Project and Deltek tools
Ability to lead diverse project teams
Experience managing project budgets and schedules

Current licensure or registration in the United States
LEED accreditation preferred
Familiarity with Revit and Bluebeam software
Business acumen and critical thinking skills
Proven track record in client-facing roles
Key Requirements
