Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for executing end-to-end Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) recordkeeping operations, data management, enrollment, purchase processing, and reconciliation.
  • Execute end-to-end plan setup and implementation in the recordkeeping platform, including configuration, file feed testing, and conversion data validation.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and control frameworks, maintain operational trackers, proactively escalate risks/issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Up to 7 years of experience in ESPP operations (US region preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in ESPP recordkeeping operations or related financial/HR functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Willingness to work in a 5-day workweek with rotational weekly offs
