Job Summary
The role is responsible for executing end-to-end Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) recordkeeping operations, data management, enrollment, purchase processing, and reconciliation.
Execute end-to-end plan setup and implementation in the recordkeeping platform, including configuration, file feed testing, and conversion data validation.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and control frameworks, maintain operational trackers, proactively escalate risks/issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience
Up to 7 years of experience in ESPP operations (US region preferred)
2–5 years of experience in ESPP recordkeeping operations or related financial/HR functions
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Willingness to work in a 5-day workweek with rotational weekly offs
