Job Summary

  • The Campus Planner provides oversight for monitoring Comprehensive Master Plan Implementation and revision, including processing plan amendments and preparing evaluation and appraisal reports.
  • This individual supports university campus planning functions that guide the physical development of the Main Campus, UTIA, UTSI and all outlying university properties and assists the university to identify and pursue grant funding opportunities.
  • UT Facilities Services is responsible for the care and keeping of more than 300 facilities and utilities systems in and around Knoxville, providing around-the-clock coverage to ensure a consistent and positive experience for students, staff, faculty, and fans.
