Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the manufacturing team in achieving its production goals and customer quality requirements.
The position requires acting as a liaison between team members and the production supervisor to align resources and support associates in achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory performance goals.

Base: $25.50 - $38.39; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience performing all jobs in area
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Ability to motivate others and lead teams
Proficiency with computers and data entry
Nice-to-have
Associate degree in Technical or Business field
Passion for excellence and action orientation
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with 5S and standardized work audits
Desire to lead and foster teamwork
Key Requirements
