Job Summary
The Inventory Lead assists the Inventory Manager in ensuring inventory controls, counts, receiving, policies, and standard procedures are adhered to by system review.
This role requires monitoring daily inventory counts in the NAV system, running reports to identify errors, and performing root cause analysis for discrepancies.
The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the onsite inventory team while ensuring materials are stored safely.
