Job Summary

  • This state-funded position is responsible for leading high-priority research to inform fishery management decision making and offers a unique opportunity to combine ecology, marine science, fishery science, and community engagement.
  • This position will lead and develop research to quantify the biological impact to lobsters (life history, growth, reproduction) of fishery management actions in the Gulf of Maine.
  • This is a supervisory position responsible for evaluating and coaching the performance of subordinates and advising the Division Director on personnel concerns and issues.
